layout Images of Green Lane Space part two

Each Room faces out towards a window that has a view on to the area where developments will be taking place... this has the potential for a site specific work as well as other pieces. maybe projections at night...

I've been exploring thoughts about a Green Lane space.

Let me take you throught the journey so far. I read about the original Groundswell exhibition, I feel it important to have an understanding of where Groundswell Two originates. I picked up on the progress through change of environment. I picked on this change being made for the democracy by an elected minority. This minority being empowered to do whatever they wanted to.

I began to think about a space at Green Lane. George, you have mentioned a site specific installation. I notice the spaces are large and white.

My thoughts started to explore lighting within the white space. My thoughts started to explore a piece of work that reacted to visitor to the room. A minority.

The exploration eveolved. I began to think about a white room that through lighting changed shape, changed and ultimatley became a picture on the wall. The lighting focused on a solitary picture on a wall of the space, a picture of the space as the viewer would have first seen it. The minority having made the room merely a memory, a photograph on the wall.
